T Max is the Co-Founder of KGS Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based e-waste and battery recycling company committed to building a sustainable circular economy. With a background in banking and finance, he brings strong operational discipline and strategic insight to the environmental sector. Max has been instrumental in developing KGS from a small start-up into a leading recycler, including launching Singapore’s first vertical battery recycling line. Known for his hands-on leadership, he champions innovation, data security, and responsible recycling. His work reflects a clear mission: to reshape how Singapore manages e-waste for a cleaner, better tomorrow.
David has more than 30 years of experience in the freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain management industry, having been based out of key gateway cities in Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, and China. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of JGL Worldwide Singapore and its affiliated group of companies, as well as the Chairman of the World International Freight Forwarders Association (Vietnam branch). Previously, he held senior management positions at Global Container Freight and G Link Express Logistics. David holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland. Besides his numerous entrepreneurial ventures, David is also a strong advocate for sports, serving on the Management Committee of Geylang International Football Club.
Derick is a Partner with Harry Elias Partnership. His main areas of practice include Asset Management and Investment Funds, Capital Markets and Securities Regulation, General Corporate and Commercial Advisory and Mergers and Acquisitions.
He has advised major UAE government-linked entities, private offices of various members of the royal family, as well as many East Asian enterprises venturing into the Middle East before as the head of the China Desk of a Dubai law firm where he had spent several years in the Middle East. Being highly fluent in both English and Mandarin, Derick also has good rapport with many Chinese and other East Asian clients.
Derick serves a number of MNCs, SGX-ST listed companies as well as trade chambers and statutory boards, including the Singapore Business Federation. He has extenstive experience in investment funds, private trusts and capital market intermediaries, where he has advised along the fund distribution value chain and their licensing and compliance issues, including the set up of family offices and variable capital companies with solution-oriented directions.
